Once your resume is submitted, a Staff Service consultant will review your information and contact you when a suitable opportunity is found. You will be invited to an interview at our offices, where our consultant will talk to you about vacancies, the job market, jobs available, and assess your skills, strengths and abilities. We will then pass on the benefit of our experience and advise you on the re-working your resume, before submitting to a potential employer.

When you are called for an interview, we make all the arrangements and brief you fully on the job requirements, the company and the corporate culture. If all goes well, we will notify you of the job offer and negotiate salary and benefits with your new employer on your behalf.
